The most common medium-duty castors with a contact layer made of polyurethane or elastic rubber feature a durable and robust design.

Castors with a polyurethane tread are wear-resistant and long-lasting; they absorb vibrations, resist abrasive wear, and are unaffected by water, fats, oils, and acids. They do not deform under prolonged static loads. The polyurethane series is widely used for equipping commercial and food service equipment.

Castors with an elastic rubber tread have enhanced wear resistance and excellent vibration absorption. They are most often installed on equipment used in environments with sanitary requirements, such as shopping trolleys, storage, and transport trolleys in the food service industry.

In addition to smooth maneuverability, these castors roll quietly on all types of surfaces, leaving no marks or stains on the floor.

Recommended castor series: SPECIAL, EP01 MKT, EP01 MKT F, and EP02 MKT, offering ease of use with load capacities from 50 to 150 kg and wheel diameters from 75 to 125 mm.
